The Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness approves the UHPH4FOOD project, aimed at the development of a new generation of UHPH lines for the sterilization and homogenization of liquid foodstuffs by means of continuous ultra-high pressure. The goal of this project is to bring UHPH technology closer to the market and pave the way for its implementation in industrial production.
The project is led by Ypsicon, coordinated by AZTI-Tecnalia and co-funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
