TagusValley-Inov'linea organizes a workshop about innovative technologies for the food industry

TagusValley-Inov'linea, a portuguese center dedicated to technology transfer and the dissemination of new technologies for the food industry, has organized a technical workshop about innovative technologies for food preservation.

During this workshop the equipment installed at the center's pilot plant (including the UV-Therm pasteurizer of 100 liters / hour manufactured by Ypsicon) has been shown to attendees and a tasting of UV-Therm-treated products has also been organized.
